I got this charger about a year ago. I was working well for a while. But one time I pluged my ipod touch in to it and the screen went blank and wasn’t working. So I went to the apple store and got a new one. Today i tried pluging it in with this charger and the same thing happend. That’s 2 ipod touches busted by this charger. Now im going to the apple store with the charger to complain. One thing i learned is not to ever trust this charger because all it will cause is abusted ipod.

i bought this wall charger for my 2nd genaration ipod touch and it works perfect, you can use your ipod while charging and and it even lets you play music using the speakers. If your ipod was dead an estimate time of charge would be an hour and a half – two hours. It does what it’s suppost to do with nothing less, very great product and for the price its awsome. It also works with ipod video. Hope this helped!

Well it said that it would work with the iPod Touch 2g so I bought 3 of them because it was very inexpensive. Heck 3 of them were still cheaper than buying 1 from apple. I dont’ like using them because they will only charge the iPod Touch 2g. You can not use the Touch while it’s plugged into the charger so I’m thinking these might not be “healthy” for the touch 2g, and I’m afraid it will fry my $400 32gb Touch so I’m not using them.

The design of this charger is straightforward and robust for the price. We bought other chargers and the design doomed it from the start. The rapid home traveler is a must if you have multiple devices. We have 5 ipod nano 4th generation and 5 itouch 3rd generation in our home. If we did not have the use of these chargers we would have a mutiny on our hands, because our children make good use of these devices. The chargers get daily use and seem to hold up quite well. We bought these last year and were impressed enough to purchase some more. Worth the money!
