Good for the price of 5 $ including shipping. Delivery exceptionally fast. Arrived in 3 days. Only problem is that it fits a bit loose into the USB port of my new laptop. Had to press 2-3 times to make sure contact is right.
Worked fine with iTunes software for Windows Vista machine. Charging and data transfer pretty fast.

the cord does not work. it charges the shuffle but can’t transfer data, rendering it pretty much useless. i mean, it is only a usb to a headphone jack, how hard is this to make?

I’m sure the product works fine in most situations. My iTunes music resides on an external USB drive. Whenever I plug this in, it makes my USB drive literally go away, it drops out of site. Powering my drive off/on a couple times gets it back. I thought it was something else, but I’ve been able to re-create the problem a couple times and I am sure its caused by my iPod using this cable.

This was a great item at a great price, but it took FOREVER to get delivered. Usually, I just would’ve written it off, but I really needed it for my iPod, so I filed a complaint and within the next couple of days, I got it!

Product was received on time and in excellent condition. The product didn’t work for its intended purpose as my iPod Shuffle doesn’t work using this devise on my iHome unit. Not sure why but this product is a good one otherwise.
