The case may be fine and but it took entirely too long to receive it. So the one star is for Amazon.com. I have bought several products from Amazon in the past with no issues until I purchased the Otter Defender Case. I bought it online on January 9th and still did NOT have the product on January 20th. I called Amazon Customer Service and all they could tell me was that it shipped on January 13 and would probably be delivered on January 22th. That is almost 2 weeks after I bought it!! The CS rep could not explain the snail pace delivery of the product, she could only apologize. That is not acceptable for an item that is in stock. If the item is not available Amazom should notifiy the customer of the delay but that was not the case in my situation. I will seriously consider my next purchase from Amazon.

The product that was purchased is just fine. Have other ones, so therefore no issues. What i am very disappointed in is the shipping matters. This was actually my first, and now last time ordering from Amazon. Once the product was finally shipped to my home, i noticed the shipping slip inside the box the information listed was not me or my items. Infact the information given was for someone in Mexico with his items he had ordered. I am curious to know where my shipping label went to??With my mailing address out there somewhere! I sent Amazon an email regarding this and have yet to hear from anyone!

Returned right away. No instruction about how to use it. It does not stay on the holder if you put it on your belt. After I returned, I was told by friend that it only fit in one direction (screen facing inside) for it to stay put. But there was no demo or instruction with it.

The case itself it great. However, after purchasing this item fraudulent charges began on my debit card. The bank is investigating……..for now I would never buy anything from this company because I beleive the charges came after I opened the amazon prime account. First I had a $1 charge……from researching the internet this is how the charges start……they charge $1 to see if it will go through then a few days later they hit you……after the $1 charge I had a $199.97 charge taken from my debit card. Beware is all I can say about this.
